Rihanna's Super Bowl halftime show wowed many, but not WWE legend Goldberg. The singer's performance was praised as she recited all of her hits from a platform suspended high above the rooftops of the State Farm Stadium.

Many people said it was the best Super Bowl halftime show they had ever seen. Rihanna was dressed in red while her dancers were dressed in plain white, making her stand out.

Despite all of the great things the singer did, Goldberg wasn't impressed with what he saw. On the CarCast podcast with Matt D'Andria, the WWE legend blasted the singer for her Super Bowl performance.

Goldberg said via TMZ.com:

"I thought Rihanna was frickin horrible.I was disgusted by it. That's all. Let's just say that. I thought it was horrible."

This is certainly a scathing assessment for a singer who many call one of the best to ever do it. While Goldberg's comments will certainly not go down well with Rihanna's fans, it didn't stop over 118 million people from watching the halftime show.

To put that into perspective, that is more people who tuned in to watch the actual game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles.

The singer blasted out all of her hits, which included "We Found Love," "Rude Boy," "Diamonds" and "Umbrella" along with a host of others.

She performed those songs on high platforms near the top of State Farm Stadium and when she was announced as the artist who was going to be performing, fans were excited...and rightly so.

While Goldberg and others have criticized the performance, there are a whole host of others who think the opposite.

Her singing wasn't the only thing to grab the headlines as it was announced post-performance that she was pregnant. It was clearly evident from her baby bump during the show, which was later confirmed.

There will always be detractors to whatever people do and we can't imagine Goldberg's words will have any sort of effect on the music icon.
