Tom Brady has made many appearances on television shows throughout his long-running NFL career. As he quickly became a household name, the quarterback suddenly became immersed in all forms of pop culture.

In this particular scene, main character Peter Griffin calls the quarterback after he tells him that he couldn't play football with him. Griffin informed the quarterback that he has made his own team and that he wants to play against the New England Patriots. B: "Listen Leno, you keep callin' here and threatening me, I'm gonna notify the police."

P: "Leno? No, no, this is Peter Griffin. I'm calling to challenge you to a grudge match between the Patriots and the London Sillinannies."

B: "Huh. Well Griffin, if wanna embarrass yourself, be my guest."

P: "Good. Whaddya say, England, two weeks from now?"

B: "See you there."

The quarterback initially thought that Jay Leno was on the phone, which was another hilarious moment for viewers. Brady agreed that he would play against Griffin's team and that he would likely embarrass himself.
