Zach Wilson's fiance Nicolette Dellanno wraps up 2024 with collage of best moments from the year

Zach Wilson and Nicolette Dellanno cannot be any more excited for 2025 to arrive. But first, they are going back in time to relive the year that is coming to a close.

On Tuesday on her Instagram stories, the Denver Broncos quarterback's fiancee shared a collage of images from events involving him and/or her friends.

"2024 (heart on envelope emoji)," Dellanno posted.

Another collage was taken from their summer vacation in the Amalfi Coast in Italy, where he proposed to her:

"2024 gave me my man forever (ring and infinity sign emojis)."

Recapping Zach Wilson's 2024

Zach Wilson's engagement to Nicolette Dellanno can considered the happiest moment of his life, but it is far from the only memorable thing to happen to him in 2024.

In April, his career took a major turn when the New York Jets traded him to the Broncos for a sixth-round pick, ending a three-year stint that promised so much but ultimately delivered little, with him being benched and demoted multiple times after poor performance. His mother, Lisa, had a grand reaction to it, posting a video of him finding orange-and-blue flags upon stepping out of their house.

Meanwhile, his then-girlfriend had just three orange hearts to give as her reaction.

A few days later, Wilson received some sad news: His new team would not be picking up his fifth-year option. That meant he would become a free agent once 2025 arrived.

After spending the next couple of months relaxing, which included his summer vacation and proposal, he finally donned the orange-and-blue jersey for the first time on Aug. 11 in a preseason game at the Indianapolis Colts, completing 10 of 13 attempts for 117 tards and no touchdowns but also no interceptions in the 34-30 victory.

Two weeks later, Wilson played possibly his best game yet, throwing for 251 yards and two touchdowns in a 38-12 rout of the Arizona Cardinals. Dellanno could only marvel at such a performance, writing in her Instagram Stories:

"Unbelievable."

After the game, he was granted a roster spot as the QB3. He reacted:

"It's been great so far. I've been loving it out here. Each day (I'm) just trying to improve and get better."

He has since yet to play a regular-season snap.
