Dynasty Fantasy Football buys and sells

Dynasty Fantasy Football offers a unique twist on traditional season-long leagues due to the multi-year format. This requires managers to place more emphasis on player's age to make sure their roster stays solid in future seasons. Keeping this important strategy in mind, here are five players to buy and sell from the NFC South ahead of the 2024 NFL season.

#1 - Kendre Miller

Kendre Miller was plagued by injuries during his rookie season with the New Orleans Saints last year. Despite appearing in just eight games, he finished among the top 20 weekly running backs in fantasy football twice. His best performance came in the last game of the season with a RB13 finish, which could be a sign of good things to come this year.

#2 - Drake London

Drake London has overcome some of the worst quarterback play in the NFL across his two years with the Atlanta Falcons. He has still totaled 141 receptions for 1,771 yards. With Kirk Cousins now with the team, and Michael Penix Jr. offering future insurance for the franchise, London appears ready for a major breakout.

#3 - Rashid Shaheed

Rashid Shaheed served as a typical boom-or-bust fantasy football wide receiver last season. He finished among the top 20 weekly players in his position five times, but outside of the top 60 six times. He is expected to get more playing time and serve a larger role this season with Michael Thomas no longer with the team, which gives him massive fantasy upside.

#4 - Bryce Young

Bryce Young makes for an ideal buy-low candidate in Dynasty Fantasy Football leagues. He is coming off of an extremely disappointing rookie season with the Carolina Panthers, so his price tag is much cheaper this year. He is still a talented quarterback who was one of the most coveted rookies to own last year, so he makes sense as an affordable investment.

#5 - Kyle Pitts

Kyle Pitts was one of the most hyped rookies three years ago and delivered by exceeding 1,000 yards in his first season. He has been disappointing since then, totaling just 1,023 yards across the past two seasons. With the addition of Kirk Cousins, Pitts is in a prime position to get back to being one of the most productive tight ends in the NFL.

Rachaad White

#1 - Rachaad White

Rachaad White had an excellent fantasy football season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last year, finishing as the overall RB10. This creates an opportunity to sell high on the running back and get maximum value for him. The team selected Bucky Irving, a top prospect, during the 2024 NFL Draft, so White could see his workload decrease this season.

#2 - Alvin Kamara

Alvin Kamara is coming off of a career-worst season in rushing yards and scrimmage yards. He was once one of the best overall fantasy football players to target each year, but at 29 years old now, he could realistically be on the decline. Add in the fact that Kendre Miller is expected to receive a larger workload this year and Kamara makes for an ideal sell in Dynasty leagues.

#3 - Kirk Cousins

Kirk Cousins has been a top-10 fantasy football quarterback during most of his time with the Minnesota Vikings. While he will have a similarly talented offense to work with on the Atlanta Falcons, his age of 35 years old makes him more attractive in season-long formats than in Dynasty leagues. This is compounded by the team already looking to the future by drafting Michael Penix Jr. in the first round.

#4 - Mike Evans

Mike Evans is the first player in NFL history to exceed 1,000 receiving yards in each of his first 10 seasons. He has been one of the most consistently productive fantasy football wide receivers ever, but he will turn 31 years old this season. Now may be the time to cash in on Evans in Dynasty formats while he is still playing at an elite level.

#5 - Miles Sanders

Miles Sanders appears to be slipping down the Carolina Panthers' depth chart. He was surpassed by Chuba Hubbard by the end of last season and the team decided to draft Jonathon Brooks this year. Sanders' role could completely disappear when Brooks eventually makes his debut, and while he won't get a haul in a Dynasty trade, it still makes sense to get something back for him before he theoretically becomes irrelevant.
