NFL 2018: Top 3 Matchups from Week 6

#1 Kansas City Chiefs (5-0) at New England Patriots (3-2) (SNF)

When I am wrong, I am wrong. I thought the Chiefs will have a tough time dealing with the Jaguars. If the Bad Blake didn't show up, they probably would have. Jaguars did run a number on Patrick Mahomes, who was held without a touchdown pass but had two picks, his first two of the season. Mahomes, still put up 300 yards in the air and also ran for a touchdown.

Mahomes had survived almost every test he was put into so far in the year and on Sunday he will be on another test to see if he can handle the pressure of playing in prime-time against one of the greatest quarterbacks ever to play the game.

AFC Championship Preview 2?

Last week, I pencilled in the matchup of Chiefs-Jaguars as a preview for the AFC Championship game, this matchup I also a possibility for the big AFC game come January.

The Chiefs are off to a fast start again winning 5-0. Last year, they started the same way but things went downhill since then. They started 9-0 in 2013 and did not win a playoff game. But, this 5-0 start seems different. Chiefs are being tested in weekly basis against some good teams and are passing them with flying colours.

Offensively, they are on top of their game with top-level players. Defensively, they started up slow, but Dee Ford, who is in his contract year, is having a career year, especially in week 5 stifling Blake Bortles and the Jaguars offence.

With Eric Berry due to come back soon from the injury, the defence needs do just enough to help the offence. This week's matchup against uprising Patriots is going to be key for the Chiefs. The Chiefs are 3.5 point underdog despite the 5-0 start, that shows how difficult it is to play against the Patriots in Foxborough.

Patriots got Julian Edelman back last week and all of a sudden they look like their old self when they took care of the business against the Colts Thursday Night. After playing Luck, Patriots will be playing another dynamic QB in Mahomes who is shredding defences in a weekly basis.

If there is any coach who can install a game plan to contains Mahomes it is Bill Belichick, who heaped praises on Mahomes. IF Mahomes can overcome the Patriots this Sunday Night, it will be the best Win that Mahomes and Chiefs had this year so far taking the reigns for AFC out of the hands of Patriots.

Fantasy Outlook Must Start:

All Skill Position players involved in both the teams. This game is going to be a good old college-style Air raid shootout.

Under the Radar:

James White, RB NE: White has been producing points in PPR format since week 1 and should be in the flex position this week as well.

Caution:

Defences, both these defences have been bad this season so far and it is not going to change this week. Chiefs are not facing Bad Blake to be lucky again, instead, they will be facing the exact opposite.

Prediction

In 2014, Chiefs humiliated Patriots 41-14 at Arrowhead Stadium, which set up the most famous dialogue "On to Cincinnati" by Belichick.

And in Week 1 f the opening kickoff in 2017, Chiefs beat Patriots in Foxborough 42-27. Can Chiefs complete the Trifecta of blowouts this Sunday? That could very well happen.. But, if there is any coach who can plan a long revenge that is Belichick. Chiefs will win but no way they are blowing out Patriots for the third time in a row.
