Derrick Henry eclipsed the 2,000 yard rushing mark in the 2020 season and was well on his way to doing it again in the 2021 season before suffering a foot injury.
Despite appearing in just eight games, he has recorded 937 rushing yards, the 9th most among all players. He will bounce back strong in the 2022 season as long as he remains healthy.
#4 - Doug Pederson wins the Coach of the Year award
The Jaguars' experiment with Urban Meyer as their head coach didn't work out at all, lasting less than one full season. They finished with a 3-14 record last year, the worst in the entire league.
Head coach Doug Pederson found a ton of success with the Philadelphia Eagles, where he won a Super Bowl with a back-up quarterback. He will come in and look to turn things around in Jacksonville while working closely with young quarterback Trevor Lawrence.
#5 - The Seattle Seahawks win the NFC West division
The loaded NFC West is one of the best overall divisions. Three of the four teams made the playoffs in the 2021 season, including the Super Bowl LVI champion Los Angeles Rams, with the Seahawks finishing in last place.
There are a ton of rumors that Russell Wilson could be seeking a trade this offseason. This prediction has him remaining with the Seahawks and turning in a huge season while helping the Seahawks go from last to first in the NFC West.
