Next Week: vs. Las Vegas Raiders

The Washington Football Team is surging up the Power Rankings. They are now in the top half of the NFC after being ranked as low as 15th prior to their active three-game winning streak.

Washington will look to continue its recent success behind quarterback Taylor Heinicke, who is improving every week. They have battled hard to get themselves back into the wild card picture, where they currently own the final playoff spot.

#7 - Minnesota Vikings (5-6)

Last week: #6

Next Week: vs. Detroit Lions

The Minnesota Vikings are another one of those inconsistent teams that have moved up and down the Power Rankings all year. They have a strong chance of getting back in the win column in Week 13 when they take on the winless Detroit Lions.

The bad news this week for the Minnesota Vikings is that they just lost Dalvin Cook to a shoulder injury. They will be without him for, at least, the next few weeks as they continue to battle for a playoff spot.

#6 - San Francisco 49ers (6-5)

Last week: #7

Next Week: vs. Seattle Seahawks

The San Francisco 49ers are one of the hottest teams in the NFL right now. They are climbing the Power Rankings due to an active three-game winning streak and have won four of their last five games. `

The 49ers' recent success immediately followed a four-game losing streak, when they were at an all time low in the Power Rankings. They have bounced back strong and are one of only six teams in the NFC with a winning record currently.

#5 - Los Angeles Rams (7-4)

Last week: #3

Next Week: vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Los Angeles Rams fell out of the top four in the NFC Power Rankings for the first time in the 2021 NFL season. Their current three-game losing streak is the second longest active in the entire NFL.

The Rams have an excellent chance to end their recent skid when they take on the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 13. A win could propel them back into the top tier of the NFC Power Rankings as they look to get back on track for the final stretch of the season.
