As the Pro Bowl voting gets underway, there is a tight race amongst the top vote-getters, including two of this season's top quarterbacks.
Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa leads the NFL in votes with 138,390 votes, while Kansas Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes isn't far behind. Mahomes is trailing by close to 4,800 votes with a total of 133,607 votes.
Tua's teammate, wide receiver Tyreek Hill, is a little over 6,000 votes behind him with 6,290 votes. The gap between Hill and his former teammate in Mahomes is around 1,600 votes.
This offseason, all three players were entangled in one of the league's most intriguing storylines. During an episode of Hill's podcast, "It Needed to Be Said", the wideout commented on the accuracy of Tua and Mahomes.

Hill said:
"Obviously, like I'm gonna go with 15 as the strongest arm but as far as accuracy-wise, I'm going with Tua all day."
The three-time All-Pro receiver doubled down on his comments on ESPN's First Take. Hill said that fans and those in the media hadn’t seen the Dolphins' quarterback's complete potential. He even noted that Tua is similar to that of Mahomes.
Hill said:
“I see a lot of similarities when I look at him and when I see Patrick (Mahomes)."
Tua is tied for third in the NFL this season with a completion percentage of 68.1 percent and Mahomes is 15th at 65.7 percent. However, Mahomes leads the league in passing yards with 3,808 yards as Tua is 13th with 2,859 yards.
Can all three NFL superstars maintain their Pro Bowl-level seasons?
Entering the home stretch of the 2022-2023 regular season, it is fair to assume that all three players will stay atop the Pro Bowl voting. Another reason is that both the Dolphins and the Chiefs fans have voted the most so far.
Tua and Tyreek Hill are two of the most popular players for the Dolphins this season as Patrick Mahomes is a favorite amongst Chiefs fans.
What makes this even more interesting is that there is a chance that both the Dolphins and Chiefs will face off in the playoffs. This would just be another layer of connection between these three players.
We'll see if they can maintain their Pro Bowl voting status for the rest of the season.
