Kyler Murray enters Week 8 as one of the favorites to win the NFL MVP award. The Cardinals are the last remaining unbeaten team in the NFL and Murray is a big reason why. He is a true dual-threat quarterback who puts a ton of pressure on opposing defenses.

#2 - Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams
Matthew Stafford added a new layer to the Rams' offense that is the deep ball. Stafford's ability to drive the ball downfield brings the Rams to a whole new level. This partnership with head coach Sean McVay is working.
Entering Week 8, Stafford leads the entire NFL in QBR while also ranking third in passer rating. He has the third-most yards and second-most touchdowns.

Tom Brady is unstoppable, even at 44. He is playing as well as he ever has, which is astonishing considering how much he has already accomplished. He enters Week 8 with a real chance to win his fourth NFL MVP award this season.
Tom Brady currently leads the NFL in passing yards and touchdowns, and has thrown only three interceptions in seven games. He ranks second in QBR and seventh in passer rating. The Buccaneers are legitimate contenders to make another Super Bowl run and he is the main reason why.
