#3 - Drew Brees - 286 starts
Drew Brees is another quarterback who has had an incredible career, and his 286 starts are a true testament to one of the best quarterbacks to ever take the field. Brees officially announced his retirement back on March 14th of 2021. It was 15 years to the day that he first signed his contract with the New Orleans Saints.

Brees is not yet eligible for the Hall of Fame, but he should join Peyton Manning in being a first-ballot Hall of Fame inductee and will likely have his jersey number retired by the Saints.
#2 - Brett Favre - 298 starts
There is a growing pattern here that all the quarterbacks on this list are either already enshrined in the Hall of Fame, or will be. Brett Favre was the long-standing Green Bay quarterback who amounted to the second-most starts with 298. Although he joined the Minnesota Vikings and the New York Jets with brief stints, he remains one of the Packers' most influential quarterbacks of all time.
On top of being inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame in 2015 and the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2016.
#1 - Tom Brady - 309 starts
Of course, the #1 spot belongs to the ageless Tom Brady. At age 44, he continues to smash all records set by his predecessors, and it seems like he has no end in sight. His 309 starts will continue to increase through this season and likely into the next. Brady, who is arguably the best quarterback to ever play football, will enter the Hall of Fame at some point in the future.
