At this point in his NFL career, no one could blame Aaron Rodgers for wanting out of Green Bay. They have failed numerous times to get him the help that he needs. Instead of drafting him help in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft the Packers would draft his replacement.

Green Bay Packers are treating Aaron Rodgers like the New England Patriots treated Tom Brady. They are putting the weight of the world on his shoulders in hope that he can carry them to the promise lands. Rodgers has produced successful seasons like Brady but cannot get the job done when it counts.

For the second straight year the Green Bay Packers made it to the NFC Championship Game but failed to win. In the 2020 NFL Playoffs the Green Bay Packers were dominated by the San Francisco 49ers defense. The Packers came into the 2021 NFL Playoffs with the number one ranked offense and were derailed by the Buccaneers defense.

With the emotions just pouring out of every pore in his body. Aaron Rodgers gave a post game press conference speech that put the Packers in a difficult situation. The Packers are entering the 2021 NFL off-season with a lot of questions they need to answer with Aaron Rodgers.

What the Packers should do with Aaron Rodgers in the 2021 NFL off-season

Green Bay Packers need to do something that they have never done in Aaron Rodgers career. They need to ask his opinion on how the franchise should move forward. Ask him what areas he wants addressed on offense.

Packers need to get Aaron Rodgers an elite group of wide receivers. Green Bay Packers are one elite wide receiver away from winning the NFC Championship for the next three years. If the Packers are not willing to give Aaron Rodgers what he needs then they should part ways with the veteran quarterback.

The situation in Green Bay is starting to look like the Brett Favre/Aaron Rodgers situation all over again. Is the relationship between Rodgers and the Packers worse than it has been played off to be? Can the Packers repair the relationship with their franchise quarterback?

One thing that is for sure is that if the Packers lose Rodgers to either retirement or trade they will be entering a rebuilding stage. Which having Aaron Rodgers on another NFL roster would shake up the entire league in the 2021 NFL Season.
