He went off for 205 rushing yards while leading the Minnesota Vikings to victory despite being listed as questionable with a shoulder injury.
#2 - Joe Mixon, Cincinnati Bengals - 1,036 rushing yards
Joe Mixon is the second player to eclipse 1,000 rushing yards in the 2021 NFL season. He also leads all players in carries this season while ranking in the top three in rushing touchdowns.
Mixon is putting together the best season of his career while establishing himself as a true work horse running back. He has played in every game this season for the Cincinnati Bengals.
#1 - Jonathan Taylor, Indianapolis Colts - 1,348 rushing yards
Jonathan Taylor is running away with the rushing title this season. Even if he didn't play another game this year, he would still have a chance to win the crown.
He is more than 300 rushing yards clear of the field with just four games remaining.
Taylor also leads the entire NFL in rushing touchdowns. He ranks in the top three amongst qualified running backs in rushing yards per carry and rushing yards per game.
He is most likely going to win the 2021 Offensive Player of the Year award.
