Emmanwori played three seasons for South Carolina from 2022 to 2024. Over his college career, he played 37 games, totaling 244 tackles, six interceptions, and 11 pass deflections. In 2024, he was named a First-Team All-American and First-Team All-SEC. He also earned a spot on the SEC All-Freshman Team in 2022. In high school, he played for Irmo High School.
