Former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo was born on May 8, 1992, in Cranston, Rhode Island. She attended St. Mary Academy and grew up in the Edgewood area outside Cranston. She started studying the cello in the second grade and has appeared in some shows with the Rhode Island Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. While she went on to attend Boston University after high school, she did not complete her graduation.

Culpo entered the 2012 Miss Rhode Island and came out as a winner in the pageant. Later that year in June, she went on to win Miss USA 2012 and was welcomed with a grand homecoming at Cranston by the Mayor. Culpo went on to represent her country at the 61st Miss Universe in 2012, which was held in Las Vegas, Nevada. She became the eighth person from her country to win the Miss Universe tag and first since 1997.

Her relationship with Jonas lasted for over two years and she shared a heartfelt message after her break-up on social media in 2015. As per Life And Style Mag, former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Danny Amendola was in a relationship with Culpo for almost two years (April 2016-March 2018). After the breakup, Amendola took to Instagram to write:

“I believe there should be a boundary between private life and social media. Olivia believes in a fishbowl lifestyle. This fundamental difference was huge in our relationship,” he said. “Olivia chooses and wants to be noticed on the internet and in Hollywood to make money.
