Minnesota Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder is under the gun after playing one game this season.
The third-year signal caller struggled with his accuracy and decision making in the loss to the Lions.

Ponder attempted two ill advised throws in the second quarter, one that was intercepted and another that came dangerously close.
Ponder couldn’t convert on third downs when the Vikings needed them the most. “Made some good plays,” Vikings coach Leslie Frazier said, via Dave Campbell of the Associated Press.
However, the coach admitted the need for Ponder to improve in their next matchup against Arizona this weekend.
