Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert had the best season of his nine-year career in 2023. As one of the oldest running backs in the NFL, Mostert recorded a league-high 18 touchdowns while rushing for over 1,000 yards for the first time.

Miami also saw the emergence of rookie running back De'Von Achane, who had one of the best rookie seasons ever for a running back.

Heading into the 2024 season, Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel said that Mostert would be the starter, with Achane getting a lot of work. Both RBs got injured in Week 1 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, and Mostert missed the Week 2 game against the Buffalo Bills.

Raheem Mostert suffered a chest injury in the Miami Dolphins season opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Though he's practiced this week, Mostert might not play against the Seattle Seahawks this Sunday. On Friday morning, McDaniel said:

"I'd be pessimistic that he'd play, but I can't rule it out."

It seems that Mostert may be a game-time decision for Sunday's game.

Other players questionable for the Dolphins this week include Terron Armstead, Malik Washington and Grant DuBose. McDaniel said that Armstead will play this week.
