#10 - Elijah Moore

Elijah Moore has now exceeded 100 targets in each of his two seasons with the Cleveland Browns and has totaled 120 receptions for 1,178 yards during that time. He makes for a reliable slot wide receiver for whichever team signs him in free agency.

#9 - Mike Williams

Mike Williams still offers upside as an outside wide receiver and deep threat, despite his recent struggles. He missed most of the 2023 season with an injury and then failed to make an impact for two different teams in 2024. He totaled 30 touchdowns across his five years prior and still averages more than 15 yards per reception in his career, so a fresh start in 2025 may be just what he needs.

#8 - Hollywood Brown

Hollywood Brown joined the Kansas City Chiefs this year, but an injury has unfortunately limited him to just two games. He exceeded 500 receiving yards in each of his five seasons prior, so he will still be an interesting free-agent target this year.

#7 - Diontae Johnson

Diontae Johnson has had a strange 2024 NFL season following his impressive career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, including five consecutive seasons with more than 50 receptions. He got off to a promising start with the Carolina Panthers this year but has failed to make any impact for the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans since then. He will look to bounce back next year.

#6 - DeAndre Hopkins

DeAndre Hopkins has exceeded 1,000 receiving yards for the seventh time in 11 NFL seasons. He has been lightly used for the Kansas City Chiefs in 2024, but that is partially due to their offensive philosophy of featuring many different wide receivers. He is still one of the best veteran free-agent options available.

#5 - Keenan Allen

Keenan Allen has exceeded 65 receptions in each of his 11 completed seasons so far, including this year with the Chicago Bears. He proved that he can be productive with a new team after spending his entire career with the Los Angeles Chargers previously, which adds to his value as a free agent.

#4 - Amari Cooper

Amari Cooper has exceeded 1,000 yards with three different teams during his career, so he has proven to be adaptable to many different offensive systems. This didn't result in any notable performances for the Buffalo Bills this year, but he has plenty of value entering free agency.

#3 - Stefon Diggs

Stefon Diggs was one of the most productive wide receivers in the NFL with the Buffalo Bills before joining the Houston Texans this year. An injury shortened his season, but few players in the NFL have put up similarly elite numbers during their careers as Diggs has.

#2 - Chris Godwin

Chris Godwin entered 2024 having exceeded 80 receptions and 1,00 yards in each of his previous four completed seasons. He has done so despite sharing the field with Mike Evans for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, making his accomplishments even more impressive. His season was shortened by injury, but he is an attractive free agent who is still under 30 years old.

#1 - Tee Higgins

Tee Higgins is set to be one of the most coveted free agents during the 2025 NFL offseason. He is coming off of being franchise-tagged by the Cincinnati Bengals and averages nearly five receptions per game in his career, so at just 26 years old, he represents a potential centerpiece for a team in need of a wide receiver.
