#3 - Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers head into Week 9 of the 2021 NFL season as legitimate contenders to make another run at the Super Bowl. Tom Brady is yet again an NFL MVP candidate while leading the stacked Buccaneers offense. They enter Week 9 ranked second in both scoring and total yards.
Tom Brady is the current leader in both passing yards and passing touchdowns entering Week 9. He has a ton of weapons at his disposal, including three wide receivers that would be the number one option on most teams: Antonio Brown, Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.

#2 - Buffalo Bills
The Buffalo Bills have the top scoring offense while being ranked sixth in total yards heading into Week 9. They were one of the best offenses last season and improved even further this year by adding Emmanuel Sanders. They have one of the most balanced offenses in the NFL, ranking sixth in passing and eighth in rushing.
Quarterback Josh Allen is the key to all of the Bills' offensive success. He has one of the biggest arms in the NFL and a dominating rushing game to complement it. He is the the current favorite to win the NFL MVP award this season.
#1 - Dallas Cowboys
The Dallas Cowboys enter Week 9 on top of the offensive Power Rankings. They lead the NFL in total yards while also ranking third in scoring. They have excellent balance as well, ranking second in rushing and third in passing.
Quarterback Dak Prescott is having the best season of his career, while Ezekiel Elliot is back to being one of the top five rushers in the NFL after a down year in the 2020 season. Second-year wide receiver CeeDee Lamb is a quickly emerging superstar and Amari Cooper consistently demonstrates great chemistry with Prescott. The Cowboys offense is clicking on all levels right now.
