Rhamondre Stevenson Injury Update: when will he return?

Running back Rhamondre Stevenson celebrates winning The Stanford Trophy

Sunday's game between the New England Patriots and the Las Vegas Raiders could be played without running back Rhamondre Stevenson due to an injury he sustained last time out.

Stevenson was unable to complete last week's contest, and according to Phil Perry, Stevenson was not seen at practice on Wednesday. The fact that Damien Harris was sighted is the only positive thing for the team. If Damien Harris were to come back, it would assist in making up for the attacking loss if Stevenson eventually misses out.

Rhamondre Stevenson was deemed ineligible to finish Monday night's matchup against the Arizona Cardinals. After a brief run in the first quarter, Stevenson stayed down. In the second quarter, he returned to the sidelines to evaluate the ankle after walking to the dressing room with his own strength. Stevenson later returned to the game but was forced to depart a little while afterwards. He had only taken part in 13 total snaps before being declared ineligible.

Who will replace Rhamondre Stevenson if he's not passed fit for Week 15?

Since Stevenson is likely to miss numerous games, it will be essential to keep an eye on Damien Harris' condition before Week 15. Damien Harris is still more likely to play than Stevenson, as he was reportedly seen in practice on Wednesday.

Following Damien Harris in the New England backfield will be rookies Kevin Harris and Pierre Strong Jr.

An erratic Patriots offensive unit will take a hit if Stevenson is out for too long. Stevenson started last week's game as the team's leading carrier and receiver. His 217 touches are the most on the team, and his 1,117 yards and five scores from scrimmage are also the most on the squad. As of Monday, he had nearly twice as many rushes (161) as Damien Harris, and he also had the most receptions (56) on the roster.
