Anderson signed a deal of worth $1.63 million for three years with the New York Jets. In 2016 seasons in a match against the Cincinnati Bengals, he made his NFL debut. He recorded the first reception of his NFL career in a match against the Kansas City Chiefs in the following match he recorded two receptions for 34 receiving yards. Anderson continued his excellent performance throughout his two-year run with the Panthers and in 2022 he was traded to the Arizona Cardinals where in the entire season he played nine games and recorded seven receptions for 76 yards. In 2023 Anderson signed a deal with the Miami Dolphins for one year.
