Romeo Doubs Injury Update: Latest on Packers WR for Week 15 Fantasy Football 

Romeo Doubs has been inactive since Nov. 24 when the Green Bay Packers dominated the San Francisco 49ers 34-10 at Lambeau Field. After a couple of weeks in concussion protocol, the veteran is seemingly on his way back to the pitch when the Packers take on the Seattle Seahawks in Week 15 of the 2024 NFL season.

NFL insider Adam Schefter shared that Doubs and Evan Williams have cleared concussion protocol. The wide receiver is set to return to the field against the Seahawks after being cleared by an independent neurologist following a two-week absence from the game.

Romeo Doubs' fantasy outlook for Week 15

Even though he's available to play this game, fantasy managers should be wary about Romeo Doubs. He hasn't played for a couple of weeks and his time away could affect his game. That said, the Packers have used him a lot in offense, meaning that Christian Watson and Dontayvion Wicks could have a lesser role against the Seahawks.

Otherwise, Doubs would have to take a back seat and try to get a rhythm as the games go by. Even before sustaining this injury, Doubs was struggling to make an impact on the Packers. He hasn't finished higher than WR45 in weekly scoring since Week 7 of the 2024 season. That could change this weekend, as Jordan Love should try to find Romeo Doubs more often.

The Packers are coming off a last-second defeat against the Detroit Lions in Week 14. They put on a show against the NFC North leader, but the Lions came out victorious with a late effort by Jared Goff.

Green Bay is still trying to get close to Detroit, but that defeat made things harder for Matt LaFleur's team. Having Romeo Doubs back is major news for them, especially against a team like the Seahawks. Doubs is projected to rack up three receptions for 47 receiving yards and 9.33 fantasy points for the Packers this week.

For the season, he's posted 34 receptions for 483 receiving yards and two touchdowns. If everything goes well, Romeo Doubs could be a solid WR3 option for fantasy managers this week.

The Packers will go against a dangerous team in the Seattle Seahawks, which is also trying to stay in the race for the No. 1 seed in the NFC. Whenever these two teams clash, fans see terrific games. At this point in the season, with everything at stake, this should be a high-flying game.
