Romeo Doubs is one of many Green Bay Packers wide receivers who has played a major role in the franchise's revitalization in the post-Aaron Rodgers era. Under incumbent starter Jordan Love, Doubs has seen his importance increase, forming a fast-rising tandem with Christian Watson.
This year, though, has been a rather trying time for him. After being suspended from the Los Angeles Rams game for complainign about his lack of involvement, Doubs got concussed against the San Francisco 49ers and missed the next two games.
He made his return on Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks, starting again. So, how did he fare?

Romeo Doubs stats tonight
This is his statline for tonight's game:
- Receptions/targets: 3/5
- Receiving yards: 40
- Receiving touchdowns: 2
While Romeo Doubs wasn't the most prolific playmaker on the field in the strictest sense of the word, he was easily the most efficient one. All his catches bar one were for six - the only times a touchdown was scored in the air the entire time.
Doubs' rant about not being involved enough in the offense must be getting heeded, as the Packers are missing Luke Musgrave. So they have had to use triple-wideout sets involving Doubs, Christian Watson and slot man Jayden Reed at times. Until the TE2 fully recovers, it may be the setup they may have to primarily run.
In July, Forbes made its list of most important players to observe within the Packers in the season. Doubs was 10th in the list, and coach Matt LaFleur said:
“He’s very deliberate about the work he puts in, and I think it’s shown. And we challenged him on a couple things we thought he could really do a better job of, just continuing to stress the importance of opening up his stride, and he’s embraced that. And I think you’ve seen that... He just, he is definitely improving.”
Next for Romeo Doubs and Co. are the New Orleans Saints on Monday. Kickoff is at 7:15 p.m. CT on ABC/ESPN.
