The Aaron Rodgers to the New York Jets rumors keep heating up. According to independent NFL reporter Dov Kleiman, general manager Joe Douglas is admitting to people in the league that the team will go all out in hopes of acquiring Aaron Rodgers from the Packers.
The Jets have been linked to Rodgers ever since the off-season started for them.
Second-year quarterback Zach Wilson had a terrible 2021 campaign and followed up again with a worse season in 2022. The only other quarterbacks the Jets have are backup Mike White and aging veteran Joe Flacco.

The Jets managed to finish the 2022 season with a record of 7-10. Following their shuffling at the quarterback position between the three guys, multiple reports surfaced that the team would move on from Zach Wilson after this season.
Jay Glazer of NFL Fox Sports broke the news of the network's coverage.
Glazer said:
"You guys were just talking about Mike White, if Mike White is able to come back, he'll start next week. But also, they've lost all confidence in Zach Wilson. Zach lost confidence in himself going into that last game and came out with even less confidence expect the Jets to move on from him after this season."
After missing the playoffs last season, the Packers are open to moving on and trading Aaron Rodgers away for some good value in return. The two seem to know a mutual parting may happen, and according to Adam Schefter, the Packers will only trade Rodgers to an AFC team.
The New York Jets hired Aaron Rodgers' former offensive coordinator
Could the Jets be preparing for Aaron Rodgers to get traded to the team? They hired Nathaniel Hackett, who was fired by the Denver Broncos in December after a 4-11 start.
Prior to his lousy one season in Denver as the head coach, he was the offensive coordinator with the Packers from 2019-2021 where he saw a lot of success with Rodgers having back-to-back MVP seasons.
Via SI reporter Peter King, Jets owner Woody Johnson would happily trade multiple first-round picks to acquire Rodgers.
A trade could happen this off-season and the Packers would get a boatload in return for Rodgers. Nothing is imminent yet, but the rumors are starting to heat up more and more by the day.
