Could free agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. join the New York Jets this off-season? Talks have been heating up of the Super-Bowl winning wide receiver joining Aaron Rodgers and the Jets.

Beckham Jr. is looking to return to football after being sidelined for the entire 2022-2023 season due to recovering from a torn ACL that he suffered in Super Bowl LVI.

ESPN reporter Jeff Darlington thinks that OBJ will end up as a Jet after both parties work on the right number for a contract.

"We should very much consider Odell Beckham on the table for the Jets. Financials still in the way, but I still think Odell Beckham will end up with the Jets."

Jets reporter Connor Hughes also confirmed some news yesterday that the Jets and Beckham Jr.'s interest is very real and he and Aaron Rodgers are very close.

After trading away wide receiver Eljah Moore to the Cleveland Browns, a spot opened up in the receiving room for the Jets to add Beckham Jr. The team could also cut/trade wide receiver Corey Davis, who has underperformed the past few seasons, which would create more cap space.

Odell Beckham Jr. would join a receiver room that features Offensive rookie of the Year, Garrett Wilson, Allen Lazard, Mecole Hardman, and possibly Corey Davis.

Will the New York Jets have the star power to dethrone the Buffalo Bills?

The Jets have been stocking up on talent this off-season. Last week, appearing on the Pat McAfee Show, Aaron Rodgers announced his intentions to play for the New York Jets this season. According to Rodgers, the only reason why a trade hasn't been finalized yet is because the two teams are trying to figure out compensation for him.

Once he becomes a Jet, he will join a team that added his former wide receiver, Allen Lazard, and former Chiefs wideout, Mecole Hardman.

The team also had both rookies of the year on their roster last season under Garrett Wilson and Sauce Gardner, and they finished last season 7-10 with a bad quarterback for most of the season.

With the addition of Rodgers, the Jets may be able to dethrone the defending AFC East champs, Buffalo Bills.

The AFC East was one of the most competitive divisions last year and will be even more competitive once Rodgers joins the division.
