The Kansas City Chiefs will travel to California in Week 7 to face the San Francisco 49ers in a repeat of the Super Bowl from last season.
The Chiefs won the Super Bowl in February. They will want to defeat the Niners once more this week To maintain their unbeaten start to the season. The squad is refreshed and coming off a bye, which may be just what it needs after struggling with injuries and inconsistent offensive play in the lead-up to the break.
The 49ers have had a patchy start to the season, but they looked much better when they defeated the Seattle Seahawks handily in Week 6.

Jauan Jennings injury update
Even though Jauan Jennings' team lost the Super Bowl in February, the wide receiver was arguably the finest player on the field that day. Unfortunately, there's a chance that an injury will prevent him from playing for the 49ers when they meet the Kansas City Chiefs again in Week 7.
Jennings was unable to practice with the Niners on Wednesday and Thursday due to a hip issue. It's still unclear how serious the injury is, but he didn't seem to have any issues during the team's most recent game against the Seattle Seahawks.
Jennings will have a better chance of playing on Sunday if he participates in practice on Friday.
Ricky Pearsall injury update
The San Francisco 49ers' rookie wide receiver Ricky Pearsall participated fully in both their practices this week, making his first return since being shot in the chest during an attempted robbery on August 31.
Although Pearsall is still listed on the non-football injury list, the team may activate him back this week.
The wide receiver's season will end if he does not play in one of the next three games, as the 49ers reopened his practice window this week.
Deebo Samuel injury update
Wide receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. was limited on Wednesday and Thursday due to a wrist ailment, per the 49ers' official injury report.
The seasoned wide receiver was seen shaking his arm during the game against the Seahawks in Week 6, but he continued to play despite the concern and didn't require any medical attention throughout.
If Samuel's limited practice designation is upgraded to full status in the final injury report on Friday, he should have a good chance of playing against the Chiefs.
