The San Francisco 49ers are up against the Buffalo Bills in Week 13. The 49ers have dealt with an array of injuries this season, and they enter game week with a 5-6 record.
Ahead of the crucial game against the AFC powerhouse, let's take a look at the 49ers' injury report.
San Francisco 49ers injury report
Nick Bosa's injury update
Nick Bosa missed the 49ers' loss to the Green Bay Packers due to oblique and left hip injuries. The star defensive lineman's absence was felt as the Packers eased past the 49ers.

Bosa's projection of playing in Week 13 isn't so promising, as he hasn't practiced this week. The perennial Pro Bowler must now feature in some capacity on Friday to prove that he's fit, though, for the rigors of the Buffalo Bills matchup.
Jordan Elliott's injury update
Jordan Elliott suffered a concussion in the first half of the loss to the Green Bay Packers. Elliott was ruled out for the rest of the game and had to watch his teammates from the sidelines.
Entering the week, the defensive lineman had not participated in a single training session. He is likely to sit out the Bills game due to still being in the league-mandated concussion protocol.
Christian McCaffrey's injury update
Christian McCaffrey has endured a frustrating 2024 regular season filled with injuries, setbacks and rehab. According to the San Francisco 49ers' injury report, the superstar running back did not participate in Wednesday's training session but was a full participant on Thursday.
McCaffrey was unavailable on Wednesday because he was enjoying a veteran's rest. He was back on the Gridiron on Thursday as he looked to make up for lost time.
Trent Williams' injury update
According to Sports Illustrated, Trent Williams will likely miss Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills. The perennial Pro Bowler is dealing with an ankle injury and has seemingly not recovered enough to participate in team practice.
Williams remains one of the best players at his position when fit. The San Francisco 49ers will miss his calming presence in the offensive line against the Bills.
