Sean McVay is an American football coach and is the head coach for the Los Angeles Rams of January 2025 He is one of the youngest head coaches in the NFL. Born in Dayton, Ohio, United States on January 24, 1986, McVay has experience playing football as a quarterback and the defensive back in his high school football team at Marist School. He also played as a wide receiver at Miami University and won Miami’s Scholar-Athlete Award in 2007. After that, he switched to being a football coach in 2008. He has coached different teams in the NFL in his career till now. He also led to the introduction of the “Sean McVay Effect” in the NFL, which includes hiring younger head coaches for the teams.
