When it comes to the NFL Honors ceremony, nobody is off limits when it comes to jokes, not even Aaron Rodgers. In the 2015 NFL Honors ceremony, comedian Seth Meyers hosted the event and while making his way around the room, he included the Green Bay Packers quarterback into one of his jokes.
Meyers first started by saying that Rodgers was nominated for NFL MVP that night. He said that the quarterback had many memorable times throughout the season and mentioned the infamous "relax" comments.
This was when others were worried about his team and he said that everybody just needed to calm down and let it play out. Meyers went on to joke that the quarterback wasn't so calm in the NFC Championship game against the Seattle Seahawks.

"MVP finalist Aaron Rodgers is here tonight. Give it up for Aaron Rodgers. Aaron had a lot of memorable moments this year. That time in Week 3 when [he] told everyone to relax and more recently that time in the last five minutes of the NFC Championship game when he said why is everyone relaxing, now is not the time or place for this foolishness."
As the camera panned towards the Packers quarterback, he didn't look amused but his then-girlfriend, actress Olivia Munn, was shown laughing at the joke. She then tried to play a serious face when she realized that he wasn't laughing and then laughed again.
Aaron Rodgers plans to take 'darkness retreat' before making a decision on his career
Aaron Rodgers hasn't publicly said if he has made a decision on whether or where he would play in the National Football League next season. But, while making his weekly appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, he is preparing to embark on a four-day isolation retreat.
He said that he will be in a little house completely isolated and that there is a little window where food will be brought to him throughout the day. Rodgers then added that it's something that he has heard about from friends over the years and something that he has been interested in doing, even before the season.
"I felt like it'd be awesome to do regardless of where I was leaning after the season. It's been on my calendar for months and months and months."
He said that being able to unwind with only his thoughts and no distractions will be a great experience.
Whether this four-day retreat will lead the Green Bay Packers QB to a decision about his future or if it's just his offseason adventure, remains to be seen.
