After playing college football at Maryland, Diggs was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. In April 2024, Diggs was traded to the Houston Texans where he will not join a high-flying offensive unit led by the 2023 NFL Rookie of the Year winner C.J. Stroud in his pursuit for a Super Bowl ring.
