Taysom Shawn Hill is an American football utility player for the New Orleans Saints in the NFL. The Green Bay Packers signed Hill as an undrafted agent post the 2017 NFL Draft. After failing to join the active roster, Hill was released by the Packers. The Saints were quick to recruit the utility player, calling him up in the same week he was released. Hill failed to start a game in his rookie year appearing in five. In Hill’s 97 appearances over seven seasons, he has completed 398 rushing attempts for 2,159 yards and 27 touchdowns. He also has 76 receptions for 11 touchdowns.

Hill attended Highland High School in Pocatello, Idaho. He was selected to the First Team All-State, won the Idaho Gatorade High School Player of the Year award, was named All-Region and All-Conference Player of the Year. He threw for 2,269 yards and 18 touchdowns while rushing for 1,491 yards and 24 touchdowns as a senior. Hill committed to Brigham Young University in 2012. He appeared in 37 games over five seasons in college, completing 609 passes for 6,929 yards and 43 touchdowns.
