Tee Higgins is coming off the worst fantasy football season of his career last year, but that is partially due to him missing five games with injuries. He will look to bounce back during the 2024 NFL season with the Cincinnati Bengals, despite a complicated contract situation. Here's where his fantasy outlook currently stands.
Should you draft Bengals WR Tee Higgins in 2024?
Tee Higgins spent most of the offseason seeking a contract extension with the Cincinnati Bengals. He was unable to get one, and while he was initially involved in many trade rumors, the wide receiver now appears locked in with his current team for the 2024 season.

The Bengals star's unhappiness with his contract situation makes him a bit more risky than usual, but he still makes for a solid pick in fantasy drafts this year. With the exception of his injury-plagued 2023 season, he has finished among the top 30 wide receivers in his other three years with the Bengals.
Tee Higgins 2024 fantasy outlook, ADP and 2023 stats
Despite playing in just 12 games during the 2023 season, Higgins still posted a solid stat line, with 42 receptions on 76 targets for 656 yards and five touchdowns. He ended up finishing at WR49 and also set a new career-high by averaging 15.6 yards per reception.
His solid efficiency suggests that he can once again be an asset during the 2024 fantasy football season if he remains with the Bengals in his usual WR2 role, behind Ja'Marr Chase. Higgins currently ranks as the WR27 and 61st overall player, according to his ADP.
Is Tee Higgins a good pick in fantasy football this year?
At his current WR27 ADP, Higgins makes for a valuable pick in 2024 fantasy football drafts. He has finished higher than that in each of his past two full seasons and may have done so again last year if he wasn't injured.
The 25-year-old was also without quarterback Joe Burrow for part of the season, so his return could further help Higgins bounce back strongly this year.
The Bengals wide receiver is in an interesting situation for fantasy football this year at his current ADP. His contract situation and down-year last season make him riskier than many other players at a similar ranking. But his WR17 finish in the season before also gives him more upside than most of them.
Where should you draft Tee Higgins this year?
Tee Higgins ranks as the WR27 and 61st overall player in 2024 fantasy football drafts, according to his current ADP. This means that he can be targeted as a WR3 or flex option on most fantasy rosters in the sixth round of many drafts.
The Bengals star has superior projections to many of the other risky wide receivers this year at a similar ADP, according to Sportskeeda's Who Should I Draft tool.
Tank Dell is coming off of an injury, Keenan Allen switched teams and Terry McLaurin has a new quarterback. Higgins is the preferred choice to all of them in fantasy football this year.
