The Tennessee Titans are in urgent need of a win going into their Week 4 game against the Miami Dolphins on Monday night. The Titans have lost all three of their games so far this season, including a 30-14 loss at home to the Green Bay Packers in Week 3.
The Titans cannot afford to lose again in Week 4 if they intend to get their season back on track. However, they won't be at full strength when they attempt to right their wrongs at Hard Rock Stadium.
Tennessee Titans' injury report for Week 4
Cornerback L'Jarius Sneed and wideout DeAndre Hopkins were the only players on the Titans injury report to change from non-participants on Thursday to full participants on Friday.

Meanwhile, the team's offensive tackle Jaelyn Duncan was listed as a limited participant on Friday due to a shoulder ailment. In addition, due to a groin injury, cornerback Chidobe Awuzie has been placed on the injured reserve list. It will now take him at least four games before he can play again.
The remaining names on the Titans' Friday injury report are:
DT Jeffery Simmons (elbow) – DNP in Friday's practice
S Amani Hooker (face) – Limited in Friday's practice
DeAndre Hopkins' injury status
As he still seems to be fully healing from a knee injury sustained during the offseason, wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins was granted a veteran rest day during the Tennessee Titans' practice on Thursday. Hopkins' injury kept him out for five weeks, preventing him from playing during the preseason.
However, Hopkins' availability for Week 4 is unaffected after he resumed full practice participation on Friday.
The former All-Pro wideout recorded 75 catches for 1,057 yards and seven touchdowns last season for the Titans in his first season in Tennessee. He had his best game of this new season last weekend, finishing with seven receptions for 73 yards and a TD against the Packers.
Chidobe Awuzie's injury status
Due to a groin injury he suffered last week, veteran cornerback Chidobe Awuzie was placed on injured reserve by the team on Friday.
Awuzie will miss at least four games as a result; with the earliest possible comeback date being Nov. 3, when the team plays the New England Patriots.
Linebacker Luke Gifford was recently signed up from the Titans' practice squad to the 53-man roster, filling Awuzie's roster slot.
Jeffery Simmons' injury status
Defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons missed practice on Friday for the second day in a row due to an elbow injury. Tennessee will submit their last injury report on Saturday, so it will be worth keeping an eye on his status before their game on Monday.
Given that Simmons' elbow ailment is "day to day," according to coach Brian Callahan, it is unclear whether he will recover in time for Monday night. Simmons has tallied 11 total tackles and one sack in three outings this season.
