His decisive touchdown pass to Lynn Swann was made a split-second before a magnificent defensive tackle by Cowboys player Larry Cole.

The third Super Bowl win for Bradshaw was also one of his best games. In the 35-31 win against the Cowboys in Super Bowl XIII, Bradshaw threw four touchdown passes and completed 17 out of 30 attempted passes. He won the Super Bowl MVP award too. Bradshaw won the Super Bowl MVP award for a consecutive year when the Steelers defeated the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl XIV. A highlight of the match was a 73-yard touchdown pass by Bradshaw to John Stallworth.
