The Combine has finished its second day of testing, but who saw their draft stock drop?

NFL Combine
Ringo at the NFL Combine, and he didn't put his best foot forward.

The NFL scouting combine is a chance for prospects to put their best foot forward in front of scouts and front office personnel for all 32 teams. Sometimes, players show out and put on a show, but other times, the occasion gets to certain players.

While the combine results aren't necessarily the be all and end all, it is important to have a good scouting combine as to thrust yourself into the mix to be drafted.

As the combine finished off its second day of testing, it was the defensive players who put on a show.

With so much on the line potentially for these NFL draft hopefuls, these tests can sometimes be the make or break part of their careers.

So, who didn't take their chances well on the second day of the NFL combine?

Here are some prospects who saw their stock dip.

#3, Devon Witherspoon, Illionis

Illinois star Witherspoon didn't do well on Day 2.
Illinois star Witherspoon didn't do well on Day 2.

While a "nosedive" isn't exactly what we would call Witherspoon's no-show on Day 2 due to a hamstring injury, the fact that teams couldn't see him get put through his paces is less than ideal.

While not likely to affect his draft stock much, scouts would have liked to see the Illinois star do his thing.

#2, Kelee Ringo, Georgia

The Georgia corner posted a great 40-yard dash time of 4.36, but that's as good as it got. Ringo didn't do too well in the other tests.

He posted the fourth-worst vertical among players at his position (33.5 inches) but the field drills were where it came apart. He struggled to track the deep ball and also struggled during transitions as well.

#1, Joey Porter Jr., Penn State

The cornerback from Penn State didn't have the best of times during the day of testing. While he his physical efforts are likely to see his stock drop that much, ideally he would have liked a better output.

He ranked 18th in the broad jump test and 12th in the vertical jump test. Not a horror day, but it could have been much better.
