Other notable NFL injuries from Week 16
RB James Robinson, Jacksonville
Robinson has been one of the NFL's most inspiring stories over the last two seasons as he went from an undrafted afterthought to a four-digit rusher in his rookie campaign. His progress was somewhat stifled by the horrors of the Urban Meyer show, but now a poor stroke of NFL luck will likely end his season.

Robinson tore his Achilles in the Jaguars' Sunday loss to the New York Jets and required assistance from the medical cart to get to the locker room. With the Jaguars far removed from any sort of playoff consideration, all the focus should shift toward getting Robinson ready for the 2022 season.
RB Miles Sanders, Philadelphia
Sanders broke his hand during Sunday's blowout win over the New York Giants, and it's already been confirmed that he'll miss Sunday's crucial divisional contest against the Washington Football Team (1 p.m. ET, Fox).
There are no current plans to place Sanders on injured reserve, which would end his regular season. The Eagles (8-7) are the current holders of the NFC's final wild card slot and avoided major disaster in the run game: Jordan Howard endured a Sunday stringer, but head coach Nick Sirianni was hopeful that he'd be able to play in Week 17.
