2022 NFL Pro Bowl Celebrations

The Pro Bowl rosters are set, the starters have been chosen, and the venue remains the same. The 2023 NFL Pro Bowl is a month away, and social media is buzzing with options and think pieces. There have been some snubs, but the NFL got something right, and that is the quarterback selection for the big week.

So here are the six QBs selected for the Las Vegas event. It promises to be the first of many new and improved all-star games.

Who are the quarterbacks selected for the NFL Pro Bowl?

The AFC Conference QBs

1. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs (Starter)

At this stage, Patrick Mahomes needs no introduction, as the Kansas City legend is one of the finest players of his generation. The Chiefs shot caller is making his fifth Pro Bowl appearance in six seasons, a record-breaking feat.

He is currently putting up a stat line of 4,496 passing yards, 35 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions for the season as he leads the Chiefs to yet another Super Bowl push.

2. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills

Some might say that Josh Allen deserves to be the starter for the AFC Conference, and we wouldn't say they are talking off-point. Allen has been phenomenal for a Buffalo Bills team that fears no one in their path. He has been the leader of the Bills, and he seems to be unfazed by adversity. Allen will be making his second Pro Bowl appearance following his first nod in 2020.

The Wyoming University alum is putting up a stat line of 3,857 passing yards, 30 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions for the season.

3. Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals

Smoking Joe Burrow is the most unflappable quarterback in the NFL, and it's not even close. This player has never lost to Patrick Mahomes in a game that mattered, and he is fresh off yet another butt-whooping of the Kansas City Chiefs general. Joe Burrow is leading another impressive charge by the Bengals. This is Burrow's first Pro Bowl selection, but you can be sure it won't be his last.

Burrow is putting up a stat line of 3,885 passing yards, 30 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions for the season.

The NFC Conference QBs

1. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles (Starter)

As the crown jewel in the Philadelphia Eagles' runestone, Jalen Hurts is the frontrunner for the NFL's MVP award for the season, and it's looking like a foregone conclusion. The former Bama and Oklahoma State University alum has been sensational this season, leading the Eagles to the best record in the league. Whether it's through the air or on the ground, Jalen Hurts will give you a touchdown. This marks Jalen Hurts' first appearance in the Pro Bowl.

Hurts is putting up a stat line of 3,472 passing yards, 22 touchdowns, and five interceptions. Hurts is also proving to be a menace on the ground, racking up 13 rushing touchdowns and 747 rushing yards for the season.

2. Geno Smith, Seattle Seahawks

The Seattle Seahawks lost an All-Pro Baller, didn't sign a replacement, and now they just got another Pro Bowler. It says a lot about the genius of Pete Carroll, but credit must be given to Geno Smith. The 32-year-old has been phenomenal this season, and he's one of the few reasons why Seattle isn't a tanking team. Geno is unstoppable, and watching him at the all-star game should be a lot of fun. This will be Smith's first appearance in the Pro Bowl.

Geno Smith is putting up a stat line of 3,671 passing yards, 26 touchdowns, and eight interceptions this season.

3. Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings

As the coldest and most iced-out quarterback in the league, casuals and new NFL fans might identify Cousins as that cool guy celebrating with diamond chains on his neck after a Vikings' victory. But real ones know that Kirk Cousins has been balling for quite some time. Cousins is leading the Vikings to the playoffs, the first in the Cousins-Jefferson era, and he has successfully quieted the doubters. Cousins will be suiting up for his fourth Pro Bowl game.

Cousins is putting up a stat line of 3,818 passing yards, 24 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions for the season.
