Tom Brady is thoroughly enjoying his retirement and now has plenty of time to spectate other sporting events. On Saturday, he did just that by attending a Premier League match between Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
Manchester United won the game and their star, Cristiano Ronaldo, dazzled by scoring three goals in the victory. After the game, Tom Brady got a chance to meet with the star of the game and posted the following message on Twitter:
"Was our pleasure, 3 goals, a win and being so kind to my two boys! Muito obrigado meu amigo."

Brady's comments were in response to a message posted by Ronaldo on Twitter which said the following:
"Always a pleasure and a privilege to share some thoughts and ideas with another goat."
It was certainly great to see two of the greatest players in their respective sports trading pleasantries.
It is worth noting that both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Manchester United are owned by the Glazer family.
Will Tom Brady remain retired for next season?
Tom Brady is seemingly enjoying his retirement thus far. However, the former signal caller for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has left the door open for the possibility of a return to the game.
After his retirement in February, the three-time NFL MVP had this to say about the chances of returning to the game.
"I’m just gonna take things as they come. I think that’s the best way to put it and I don’t think anything, you know, you never say never."
With that in mind, many have wondered whether or not the seven-time Super Bowl champion will return to the NFL next season for a chance at another Lombardi Trophy.
Most NFL players retire when they are no longer able to perform as efficiently as they had in their prime, such as recently retired Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.
In his last season in the league, Brady led the entire NFL in passing yards with 5,316, which is a career high. He also had 43 touchdowns, which is the second-highest total in his NFL career.
In his last game, the Buccaneers lost a close game in the Divisional Round of the NFL playoffs to the eventual champion Los Angeles Rams by a score of 30-27.
With someone as competitive as the former All-Pro quarterback, it would be wise to stay tuned as the NFL offseason progresses.
