And on Thursday, Tom Telesco was fired too after only one season as the team's general manager.

More than that, they have gone to five straight conference championship games. If Mark Davis and Co. want to build a winning team, they should not look further than their division.

2. Louis Riddick

This would be a non-traditional hire by the Raiders, but this franchise has been known for thinking and acting outside the box. The ESPN analyst is available for teams, as he even interviewed with the New York Jets, another struggling AFC team looking for a new general manager.

Some fans even urged the organization to bring both Riddick and Deion Sanders to kickstart a new era, but a lot of things must happen to see these two working together at Allegiant Stadium.

3. Mike Greenberg

Tampa Bay Buccaneers assistant GM Mike Greenberg's work was more focused on the cap side, but that's exactly what allowed the team to land one of the hottest free agents the league has seen in recent years, Tom Brady, in 2020.

His relationship with the team's part-time owner could help his case if the AFC squad decides to give him a chance at their vacancy.
