Hurts signed a five-year, $255 million extension with the Eagles in the 2023 NFL offseason. The Philly quarterback is the highest-paid player in this year's playoffs, earning $51 million annually.

#2. Patrick Mahomes, $45 million annual average salary

Mahomes penned a 10-year, $450 million extension with the Chiefs in the 2020 offseason. The three-time Super Bowl-winning quarterback makes an annual average salary of $45 million.

#3. Josh Allen, $43 million annual average salary

Allen inked a six-year, $258,034,000 contract with the Bills in 2021. The Buffalo signal-caller earns a whopping $43 million on an annual average salary.

#4. A.J. Brown, $32 million annual average salary

Brown signed a three-year, $96 million extension with the Eagles in the 2024 NFL offseason. The three-time Pro Bowl wideout earns an annual average salary of $32 million.
