The NFL announced the All-Pro teams on Friday. Following the unveiling of the teams, fans focussed on who got snubbed and who shouldn't have been on the roster.
While many names are along expected lines, there are some players whose inclusion does lead to a bit of surprise. Let's take a look at three such players who made the NFL All-Pro First Team.
3 surprises from NFL All-Pro First Team

#1, Myles Garret, edge rusher, Cleveland Browns
The NFL All-Pro First Team's edge rushers were T.J. Watt and Myles Garrett, but the latter's name was a surprise on that list.

Garrett wasn't even in the top five this season in sacks, as Micah Parsons and Trey Henderickson - who wasn't on the first or second team - arguably had better seasons.
Henderickson had 3.5 more sacks than Garrett while recording one fewer forced fumble. Garrett getting the nod to the All-Pro first team is bound to raise some questions.
#2, Rashid Shaheed, Punt Returner, New Orleans Saints

Rashid Shaheed was a dominant offensive weapon for the New Orleans Saints this season, while also chipping in on special teams.
Shaheed ended up being named to the NFL All-Pro First Team as a punt returner, but that was a surprise.
He finished third in punt return yards behind Britain Covey and Derius Davis. Although Shaheed did get a punt return touchdown, so too did Davis while also getting 20+ yards six times, compared to Shaheed only doing so two times.
The knock on the other two was their fumbles, but Covery and Davis had bigger punt returns and could have been ahead of Shaheed.
#3, Jason Kelce, C, Philadelphia Eagles

Jason Kelce was named to the NFL All-Pro First Team as the center but his addition was a bit of a surprise.
Kelce has had a good season with the Eagles but Detroit Lions center Frank Ragnow has been better. Kelce and Ragnow have both only allowed one sack this season, but Kelce has been penalized six times while Ragnow was only been penalized three times.
Ultimately, both played well but Ragnow might well have been the First Team center.
