Travis Kelce, the tall, muscular TE, isn’t just a tank on the field for the Kansas City Chiefs' offense but a handsome hunk too. His charming looks require no introduction if you have seen him in the 2016 TV series, 'The Bachelorette.'

He combines his good looks with sharp-styled outfits that once earned him a place among the top 50 athletes, including Lewis Hamilton.

Sports Illustrated prepared a list of the most fashionable athletes in the world in July 2018, titled Fashionable 50, which featured athletes from various sports. Kelce was also part of it, courtesy of his lack of fear in experimenting with his style.

When speaking to SI, Kelce credited coach Deion Sanders and WWE legend Ric Flair. He said:

"Deion 'Prime Time' Sanders and Ric Flair. Both had the fun personality to go with an infamous style, which attracted me at a young age. 'You look good, you play good' (Sanders) and 'stylin' and profilin' (Flair) really resonate with me when I think of why I dress the way I do.”

Travis Kelce takes great pride in self-expression

Coach Prime was well-known for his fashion in the '90s: vibrant-colored suits with an abundance of jewelry around his neck and sunglasses. His iconic picture from the 1989 NFL Draft perfectly resembles his glory days.

On the other hand, WWE legend Ric Flair rocked the wrestling ring with iconic robes and custom-made suits adorned with golden jewelry. Flair also had his semi-long hair and sunglasses to complete his look. Kelce admits that, growing up, he was inspired by these legends.

In an email to the NY Post, Kelce’s ex-girlfriend and sports media personality Kayla Nicole Brown revealed that, unlike most celebrities, Kelce doesn’t have a stylist.

She wrote, "He curates his looks himself and takes pride in his self-expression.”

A closer look at Kelce’s IG posts gives evidence that Nicole isn’t joking.

Travis Kelce prefers Mike Amiri for a specific reason

Kelce actually has some preferences when it comes to fashion brands, including Mike Amiri, which is also favored by rock legends Axl Rose and Steven Tyler.

“I really appreciate the American designers and the bar that they have set for the future of fashion. Amiri has made jeans that are slim-fitting but stretchy and comfortable, unlike the past,” he further added.
“Plus, they make a 38-inch waist so I can actually fit in them, whereas most top designers stop at a 36.”

In an IG post in Dec. 2018, Kelce paired his shearling coat with $1,590 ripped patchwork jeans. In another post, he sported a $640 Kenzo sweater with a royal Bengal tiger on the front that suited his orange beard. In 2018, he also launched his clothing line, Tru Kolors.
