Trent Williams of the San Francisco 49ers is one of the best offensive tackles in the game today if not all time. After a solid career at the University of Oklahoma, where he made two first-team All-Big 12 while also being named a consensus All-American with insane numbers alongside, he was viewed as one of the best offensive tackles available in the 2010 NFL Draft.
Williams had a slow start during his first two seasons with the Washington Commanders, after being selected 4th overall. Williams came into his own in the 2012 season, earning his first Pro Bowl selection. However, an injury the previous night forced him to miss the game. But, that began a long-standing tradition. He has made a total of 11 Pro Bowls since then alongside a Second-team All-Pro appearance during the 2015 campaign. However, a lack of postseason success, alongside contract and personal disputes forced him to miss the 2019 season, and he was eventually traded to the San Francisco 49ers.
Since joining San Francisco, Williams has taken his game to another level. Rattling off three straight First-Team All-Pro selections, alongside his usual Pro Bowl selection, he has become a dominant force at the offensive tackle, and arguably the best player on a loaded 49ers team.

Before 2023, his best finish came in 2022 when the San Francisco 49ers lost to the Philadelphia Eagles in a rout 31-7, thanks to injuries to all 3 quarterbacks on their rotation. During his time in Washington, Williams did not reach beyond the Divisional Round.
