The Dallas Cowboys were dealt a tough hand in Week 4 during the Thursday Night Football game, with two of their star players getting hit with injuries late in the game. One of them was cornerback Trevon Diggs, who's returning from a serious knee injury in 2024.
Diggs was down on the field and stayed on the ground before being taken into the locker room for precautionary checks. However, he later returned with a light jog to the sidelines before officially returning to the game. It was deemed to be nothing more than a cramp.
NFL fantasy managers should not be concerned with his status since he returned to play, and he even made a fantastic breakup pass over Malik Nabers on fourth down that helped the Cowboys get the ball back and burn the clock. The team ended up xx the game with a ss scoreline.
This wasn't one of the best games of his career, though, as he was constantly beaten by rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers on his routes. Nabers left the game late in the fourth quarter with a concussion of his own.

What happened to Trevon Diggs in the 2023 season? Did the Cowboys cornerback injure his knee again?
Trevon Diggs suffered a knee injury in a 1-v-1 drill during the Dallas Cowboys' Thursday practice and will miss the remainder of the 2023 season.
The cornerback recently signed a $97 million, five-year deal and played an integral role in the Cowboys' excellent start to the season. He had to watch from the sidelines as Dallas continued its quest to make its first Super Bowl in almost 30 years, failing ultimately against the Green Bay Packers in a game where they would've had better chances with Diggs on the field
In 2024, the franchise has also lost Stephon Gilmore to the market after the veteran did not sign a new deal and ended up with the Minnesota Vikings instead. Diggs' importance has grown even higher for Jerry Jones' team.
But there's nothing to be worried about and he'll be back playing in Week 5. It was just a cramp.
