The Jacksonville Jaguars have got themselves a legitimately good quarterback in the 2021 NFL Draft Trevor Lawrence. He has all the talent of a top-level signal caller and the arm strength to go with it. Having had an excellent college career at the University of Clemson playing for the Clemson Tigers, Lawrence led the team to the 2018 CFP National Championship. Born in Knoxville, Tennessee, on October 6, 1999, Lawrence and his family moved to Georgia a few years after his birth. He grew up loving sports with basketball being his first true love. His parents realized that their son was athletically gifted sometime during middle school. As a child, Trevor was quite hyperactive and sports provided him a way to release a lot of his energy.
Playing in the NFL has been a dream come true for Lawrence and his hard work has certainly paid off. He was drafted with the number one overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars and his acquisition has surely turned around the team’s fortunes. However, now in his third season with the Jaguars, Lawrence still needs to up his game and focus on reducing his turnovers while the team needs to provide him with better skill-position players.

Trevor Lawrence 40 time
Unofficially, Lawrence has set a 40-time of 4.78 seconds. As a quarterback, he has quite a good time with the general average being a little over 4.9 seconds. Going by the eye test as well, Lawrence has been seen scrambling to get out of potentially troublesome situations on the field thereby avoiding sacks.
Unfortunately for Lawrence fans, there is no official 40-time registered by the Jaguars quarterback. This is because COVID-19 restrictions prevented him from setting a time during the 2021 NFL Combine. Since there was no official NFL Combine that year, all testing was done at the various schools during their respective Pro Days.
Lawrence is seen as a dual-threat quarterback who is a passer first but can make plays with his feet as well. While he may not be seen in the same light as that of more accomplished runners such as Lamar Jackson, Justin Fields, Jalen Hurts, etc. Lawrence can certainly run with the ball when the time comes.
Trevor Lawrence Height
Lawrence stands at a height of 6 ft 6 in (1.98 m). This makes him tied for the tallest quarterback in the NFL right now along with the Los Angeles Chargers starting QB, Justin Herbert.
Being a taller signal caller in the professional football league is certainly an added advantage in terms of visibility down the field. Overall, at 6 feet 6 inches, Lawrence gets the best possible view of the play developing in front of him as he can easily see above all his offensive linemen as well as the oncoming defenders.
Furthermore, being one of the tallest quarterbacks in the league, he can take giant strides while running with the ball which comes in handy when he doesn’t have options down the field.
Trevor Lawrence Weight
Weighing approximately 220 lb (100 kg), Lawrence finds himself at the average weight of an NFL quarterback. Even though he is nearly 3 inches taller than the average quarterback, Lawrence has managed to keep his weight at par with the other signal-callers in the league.
His ideal weight allows him to be mobile enough to sprint forward or to the side with ease as defenders force their way towards him. As a result, Lawrence’s overall frame with his height and weight provides him an advantageous position as a quarterback.
