William Trevor Lawrence is a professional American football quarterback for the Jacksonville Jaguars in the NFL, as of 2024. The Jaguars drafted Lawrence with the first overall pick in the first round of the 2021 NFL draft. Lawrence had a league-high 17 interceptions in addition to being second in rookie passing yards (3,641) behind Mac Jones in 2021. Lawrence has 4,113 passing yards, 25 touchdowns, and eight interceptions at the end of the 2022 season. He was the first quarterback from the Jacksonvilles to be selected as an alternate for the 2023 Pro Bowl since David Garrard in 2009. Lawrence concluded the 2023 season with 4,016 throwing yards, 21 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions.

Lawrence attended Clemson University for collegiate football. During his freshman season, the Touchdown Club of Columbus presented Lawrence with the Archie Griffin Award and National Freshman of the Year after he completed the season with 3,280 throwing yards and 30 touchdowns. Additionally, he received the ACC Rookie of the Year title. The following season, Lawrence was named seventh in the Heisman Trophy voting. Following his final season there, Lawrence won the ACC Athlete of the Year award for men. Lawrence played high school football at Cartersville High School prior to playing collegiate football.

Shoulder A/C Joint Sprain (2023)

With a sprained A/C joint, Lawrence left the Week 16 game against the Buccaneers in the fourth quarter. It caused him to miss one game.

Head Cranial Concussion Grade I (2023)

After Week 15 against the Ravens, Lawrence was disclosed to have been placed in the NFL concussion protocol. He was allowed to play in the following game for the Jaguars.

Pedal Ankle (high) Sprain Grade III (2023)

Lawrence's high ankle injury occurred during Week 13's game against the Bengals. He started playing again the following week.

Knee Bruise (2023)

Lawrence had a left knee injury in Week 6 against the Colts, but he did not miss any time because of the injury.

Pedal Toe Sprain (2022)

On the 4th of December 2022, Lawrence sustained a toe strain.

Pedal Ankle Sprain/Pull Unspecified Grade I (2021)

Lawrence sprained his ankle in the Week 9 victory over the Bills.

Thigh Hamstring Sprain/Pull Unspecified Grade I (2021)

Lawrence's mild hamstring strain kept him out of the Jaguars' training.
