The Week 14 NFL schedule will kick off on Thursday when the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers play their second encounter of the 2024 season at Ford Field.
The Packers haven't lost a game since Week 9, when the Lions defeated them in their first meeting at Lambeau Field.
Given that they are two games ahead of Green Bay, the Lions will get closer to capturing the NFC North if they can sweep the Packers with another win in Week 14.

Lions' Injury Report for Thursday Night Football
The Detroit Lions had four players listed as DNP at practice on Tuesday for the second consecutive day, which doesn’t bode well for their chances of playing on Thursday.
Defensive lineman Levi Onwuzurike (hamstring), defensive tackle DJ Reader (shoulder), defensive lineman Josh Paschal (knee) and left tackle Taylor Decker (knee) have all missed practice this week.
Emmanuel Moseley's injury update
The Detroit Lions decided to keep cornerback Emmanuel Moseley out of action in Week 13 after he informed head coach Dan Campbell that he was feeling a little sore during pregame warmups. Moseley was supposed to be a key part of the defensive strategy against the Chicago Bears on Thanksgiving Day, but he didn't play.
According to Moseley, he should return this week to play the Packers. He has now participated in two full practices this week and is expected to make his comeback in Week 14, though it is unclear how much of a role he will play in the Lions' defense.
DJ Reader's injury update
Due to a shoulder injury, defensive lineman DJ Reader has missed two practice sessions this week. This raises serious concerns about his availability for Detroit's Week 14 matchup against Green Bay.
Following his shoulder injury against Chicago last weekend, coach Dan Campbell labeled Reader as day-to-day.
Taylor Decker's injury update
Speaking to the media on Sunday, Campbell said that although Taylor Decker's knee injury is "day-to-day" and improving, a decision on his participation in Week 14 will "come down to the wire.”
Campbell also said two days later that the signs were not looking good for Decker's chances to play on Thursday.
"I don't feel as good about Decker for this week," Campbell said about Decker, who has been unavailable for two of Detroit's last four games due to shoulder and knee issues.
Decker's knee injury from Week 12 against the Indianapolis Colts also kept him from playing for the Lions on Thanksgiving.
