Calvin Ridley ranks as the overall WR27 in fantasy football this season. He has been inconsistent with his weekly output but has demonstrated his massive upside with three finishes of WR7 or better. He faces his former team, the Jacksonville Jaguars, who has one of the worst defenses in the NFL.

He has a strong chance of turning in another big game when he faces off against the Minnesota Vikings' struggling pass defense this week.

Deebo Samuel is having an unusually dismal 2024 fantasy football season for the San Francisco 49ers. In each of his previous two full seasons, he has placed among the top 12 overall wide receivers, but he currently ranks as the WR49. He has also finished outside of the top 60 in his last three games, making him a risk against the Chicago Bears' strong passing defense.

Another wide receiver to avoid this week is Adam Thielen. In just his second game since returning from an injury, he ranked as the weekly WR6. That was a much more favorable matchup than this week, which will come against the Philadelphia Eagles, one of the best defenses in the entire NFL this year.

  • Amari Cooper
