Week 15 of the 2024 fantasy football season has arrived and managers must now decide which wide receivers to use in their starting lineups. The fantasy playoffs begin this week in most leagues, so start/sit decisions will be more important than ever. Here are some of the best targets and fades at receiver in Week 14.
Week 15 Fantasy Football WRs Start 'Em picks
Kahlil Shakir is having a breakout 2024 fantasy football season with the Buffalo Bills, standing at WR27 overall. This greatly improves on his career-best WR61 finish last year as he has taken on a much larger role in his offense.

He is also coming off of a season-best WR10 weekly finish in his most recent game and enters a favorable matchup with the Detroit Lions. This is expected to be one of the highest-scoring games of the week, making Shakir an excellent Week 15 lineup option.
He is joined by Garrett Wilson, who has continued to see massive volume with the New York Jets. Wilson is averaging ten targets per game so far and currently ranks as the overall WR7 in fantasy football this season. He has strong chance of turning in another solid game this week against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who are allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to wide receivers.

Week 15 Fantasy Football WRs Sit 'Em picks
DeVonta Smith has struggled to find enough consistent volume to maintain weekly fantasy football value this year. Some of that is due to the Philadelphia Eagles' commitment to running the ball, which has resulted in them averaging the second-fewest passing yards per game. While Smith has flashed his upside with two finishes of WR11 or better in the past five weeks, his floor makes him a fade this week against an elite Pittsburgh Steelers defense.
Another wide receiver to avoid this week is Tank Dell, who is having a disappointing 2024 fantasy football season with the Houston Texans. He entered the year with upside and was a popular wide receiver to target, but his value has plummeted as he currently ranks as the overall WR52 so far. He should be faded against the Miami Dolphins' solid passing defense this week.
Must Sits
- DeVonta Smith
- Tank Dell
- Tyler Lockett
- Josh Downs
- Xavier Worthy
DFS Fades
- DK Metcalf
- Mike Evans
- Tyreek Hill
- Jayden Reed
- Marvin Harrison Jr.
