The Green Bay Packers and the Seattle Seahawks will meet in Sunday Night Football in Week 15 of the NFL season. The game has huge implications for both teams' playoff pushes.
The Packers currently have a 9-4 record. While they're close to officially locking a playoff spot, there's a big difference between ending the season with the sixth or the seventh seed and avoiding the Philadelphia Eagles in the wild-card round. Playing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the first round would represent an easier job.
The Seahawks, on the other hand, improved a lot in the second half of the season, noting a sequence of four straight wins to isolate themselves in the NFC West race. However, they're in a tight competition with the Los Angeles Rams, who already won on Thursday.

Packers vs. Seahawks prediction
Mike Macdonald's team has seen an incredible defensive improvement since November.
Spearheading Seattle's win streak, the defense has allowed no more than 21 points over the past four games. Of those four wins, three came inside the NFC West, making their playoff push even stronger.
They're playing better each week, and Seattle's offensive line has been protecting Geno Smith much better. For the Packers, whose offense is prone to committing turnovers, this could be a problem if the game turns into a shootout: while Love has not thrown an interception over the past three games, he threw at least one in all the prior appearances.
Green Bay's offense is humming. They scored at least 30 points in their previous three games, but none of these groups were as strong as Mike Macdonald's team. Playing at home and riding the momentum, the Seahawks will extend their win streak on the back of another great defensive performance.
Prediction: Packers 21 - 27 Seahawks
Packers vs. Seahawks fantasy outlook
Scoring a lot of points over the past three games, this is a matchup where Green Bay's offense is set to slow down a bit. This could be a bad week to start Jordan Love as your quarterback, as Seattle's pass rush could create turnovers with pressure through the middle.
On the other hand, wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba will see plenty of favorable matchups when Geno Smith is throwing the ball. With Jaire Alexander set to follow DK Metcalf, Smith-Njigba, who has had 32 receptions over the past five games, could be in for another great day.
