When the Cincinnati Bengals take on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 18, they will need to win to remain in the running for the playoffs. They are coming off a victory against the Denver Broncos last week which kept their hopes alive.

The Steelers overcame the Bengals 44-38 at Paycor Stadium in Week 13. Since then, Pittsburgh has fallen behind the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC North standings after losing three of its last four games. On the other hand, Cincinnati has won four straight games since.

Given that Pittsburgh's Week 18 game has AFC North crown implications for them, let's assess their injury situation.

Steelers injury report for Week 18

Cornerback Donte Jackson, who appeared on the injury report on Wednesday due to a back problem, is the only player questionable to play for the Pittsburgh Steelers ahead of their Week 18 matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Jackson most likely sustained the injury during Tuesday's practice because he was not listed on the Browns' first injury report. He had limited sessions on Wednesday and Thursday, but has expressed optimism to play on Saturday despite his questionable tag.

However, three players have been declared out for the Week 18 game: defensive lineman Logan Lee (calf), linebacker Cole Holcomb (knee) and wide receiver Roman Wilson (hamstring).

Wilson and Lee are on the injured reserve list while Holcomb is on the Physically Unable to Play list. The three were designated to return this week, but they will not play on Saturday, even though they all practiced on Thursday.

“I feel really good. My body feels better than it’s ever felt in a long time," Wilson said on Tuesday, via Aaron Becker of Steelers Now. "Mentally, I'm just focused, determined."

The Steelers selected Wilson in the third round of the 2024 draft; however, he has only played one game this season. The ankle injury he suffered during training camp affected his practice time and he was not able to play earlier in the season.

Wilson was a healthy scratch for multiple games even after being cleared to return to action. The former Michigan WR was placed on injured reserve in late October due to a hamstring injury.

CB Joey Porter Jr. (knee), quarterback Justin Fields (abdomen), WR Ben Skowronek (hip) and RB Jaylen Warren (ribs) all appeared on the Steelers injury report this week, but they have all been cleared to play against the Bengals.
